Consent manager - Cookie declaration page
Would be nice to have a script where the customer could had it into a page and the cookie declaration would display on that page (all information from the cookies)
Generate a cookie report including source of the cookie
Some customers might have a hard time to figure out where and which cookies are generated and so could be nice if would be generated on each scan a report where would give all the cookies information and including the source of the cookie.
When I mention source, could be for example for youtube an Iframe:
<iframe id="ytplayer" type="text/html" width="640" height="360" src=" " frameborder="0"></iframe>
This would also benefit the location of the source so the customer could add the mark up
Reload page on click function on reject all cookies
Currently, if a visitor accepts the cookies and after wants to reject them, all cookies will still be set because are on the same session.
My suggestion is to add onClick=“window.location.reload” on the Reject all cookies button so that the page can reload and start a new session, this means all the cookies would be rejected as the request.
This could be also added on the button Accept preferences. Any change made does not update without a refresh
Crawler scanning all pages so that all cookies can be found
Currently, our crawler only scans a certain amount of pages and so can be that some cookies are not found by our crawler. The scan should be on the website and not only on certain pages
MS-241 - Crawler not finding cookies on password protected pages Closed
Using consent manager and stats enabled - Monsido’s cookie always set
We should have a better integration between CM and our stat script so that the cookie is not set before the visitors consent.
Be able to change the categories/cookie preferences text
The text from the categories and cookies preferences is set by default and there is no way to change it, would be nice give the solution to be able to change it
Domain field empty in MPP
On our platform, when the crawler cannot identify the source of the cookie, will let the field Domain empty and does not give an option to add a domain, this field should not be closed until a domain is inserted.
Being able to see the cookies that are under the categories/cookie preferences
To see the cookies that are set on the categories/cookie preferences the visitor need to click on the link Read our Private Policy, instead, under the categories/cookie preferences we could have a small dropdown that on click would display all cookies
